Tasks/Activities. Provider will provide Pfizer with registry services under this SOW for purposes related to clinical and outcomes research concerning patient characteristics, treatment patterns, health outcomes, and targeted safety events (TSE) among patients receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine outlined in the study protocol, as summarized below and in the Task Ownership Matrix: • Scientific Coordination: Study oversight, coordination and monitoring to achieve the protocol objectives and guarantee delivery of study results • Project Management: o Overall Project management throughout the study o Development of a project management plan, SOPs and appropriate training o Organization of regular TCs, face-to-face meetings and scientific committee meetings o Status reporting • Contract management, administration and quality management: o Negotiation and management of subcontracts o Oversight of subcontractors o Administrative work: processing of payments, contracts with scientific committee members o Quality system oversight and implementation o Archiving of study documents • Data management: o Development of a data management plan o Data Protection Impact Assessment o Code mapping & algorithm development & review o ETL (extraction, transformation and loading) design, implementation and review o Data quality checks o Case-validation o Set-up of digital research environment and catalogue o Archiving of data/scripts • Statistical analysis: o Development of a Statistical Analysis Plan o R-scripting of the full data transformation and double coding o Quality control of scripts o Conduct of interim and final analyses on Digital Research Environment o Interpretation of results • Preparation of interim and final reports Task Ownership Matrix Task / Service Element Description Pfizer UMCU RTI- XX XXXXX VAC4EU Teamit ARS DSRU IDIAP Jgol PHARMO IACS Health Search Pedianet UiO

Related to Tasks/Activities

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership. Neither the Partnership nor any of the Limited Partners shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business ventures, interest or activities. None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • PROJECT ACTIVITIES Grantee must perform the project activities set forth on Exhibit A (the “Project”), attached hereto and incorporated in this Grant by this reference, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending June 30, 2021 (the “Performance Period”).

  • Other Business Activities During the Term, Employee will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, directly or indirectly engage in any other business activities or pursuits whatsoever, except activities in connection with any charitable or civic activities, personal investments and serving as an executor, trustee or in other similar fiduciary capacity; provided, however, that such activities do not interfere with his performance of his responsibilities and obligations pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Religious Activities The Subrecipient agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized for inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CFR 570.200(j), such as worship, religious instruction, or proselytization.

  • Sectarian Activities Subrecipient certifies that this Contract does not aid or advance any religious sect, church or creed for a purpose that is sectarian in nature, nor does it help to support or sustain any school, college, university, hospital or other institution controlled by any religious creed, church, or sectarian denomination.
