TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. DNR or its delegee will provide training of individuals employed by Governmental Unit and/or individuals working for contractors to Governmental Unit as inspectors and, upon successful completion of training and testing requirements, the DNR will certify individuals as authorized inspectors in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 84D.105, subd. 2(a). DNR will assume all obligation for training to the extent set forth in Minnesota Statutes section 84D.105.
B. When requested by a law enforcement agency, DNR Enforcement will provide AIS training to licensed peace officers
C. Governmental Unit will work with their local city and county law enforcement to ensure that local licensed peace officers are available to support Governmental Unit inspectors. Governmental Unit inspectors shall utilize local city and county law enforcement agencies as their primary law enforcement support when inspection stations are operated. DNR Conservation Officers may assist with support if a local agency officer is unavailable and there is an egregious violation.
D. Governmental Unit will design and implement an AIS inspection program, detailed in a Watercraft Inspection Program Plan, which must be approved by DNR, on some or all public waters within their jurisdiction utilizing existing authorities and the authority granted to inspectors under Minnesota Statutes sections 84D.105, subd. 2(b) and 84D.10, subd. 3(a), clauses 1, 3, and 4 (the Program). The program must comply with all requirements in Minnesota Statutes section 84D.105 and in DNR Watercraft Inspection Program procedures and manuals.
E. Governmental Unit will designate individuals employed by the Governmental Unit and/or individuals working for contractors to Governmental Unit to serve as inspectors for the Program and ensure that these individuals complete the required training and certification in paragraph 2A of this agreement prior to performing inspections. Governmental Unit will help coordinate training of licensed peace officers as provided under paragraph 2B of this agreement.
F. Governmental Unit will provide one or more inspection stations established under the Program with trained and certified inspectors, who will exercise inspection authorities in accordance with current DNR procedures and manuals. General inspection procedures include:

B. DNR will provide training of licensed peace officers identified by Governmental Unit to enforce the state invasive species law, as it pertains to the transport, possession and use of water-related equipment.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the supervisor
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Office and the IPO will perform their tasks as described in the Management Board´s decision defining the European Cooperation Projects (MBBC-16-05, in relation to document MBBC/16/501/4.3.2 of 23rd February 2016) and in the resulting project briefs put at the disposal of the IPO.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The CAM shall be assigned the following tasks and responsibilities and shall be required to provide written submissions to the Court as follows:
1. Review the relationship between CARNIVAL and the TPA, and evaluate the adequacy of measures taken to ensure that the TPA acts with independence.
2. The CAM may inspect or investigate any aspect of the TPA’s activities as those relate to the requirements of this ECP, and shall be provided full access to all non- privileged records, audit personnel, Covered Vessels (except to the extent such access is inconsistent with the safety and security of a vessel, its crew, or passengers), and shore-side facilities as is necessary to perform its duties.
a. As part of this effort, the CAM may attend, at its reasonable discretion, any shore-side audit or shipboard audit conducted by the TPA. A lack of available cabin space to accommodate the CAM shall not be deemed a violation of CARNIVAL’s obligations under this ECP if evidence is provided that no berthing space is available..
b. The CAM’s findings and reports shall include information obtained during attendance of these TPA audits, specifically, information regarding the relationship between CARNIVAL and the TPA, as discussed in paragraph 1 above, and any inadequacies in the audit process, as discussed in paragraph 6 below.
3. Conduct a review and submit an annual report to CARNIVAL and the Interested Parties regarding the rounds of audits conducted by the TPA.
a. The annual reports shall provide a summary of the CAM’s findings with respect to the adequacy of the audits and recommendations for change made by the TPA.
b. The annual report shall also include and address any other information of which the CAM becomes aware pertaining to CARNIVAL’s capabilities to meet the objectives of this ECP, including any inadequacies of the TPA or with respect to CARNIVAL’s performance, whether personnel-based or related to any of its Covered Vessels, systems, equipment, or components. All reports shall be certified as true and accurate by the CAM.
4. During years one (1) through four (4) of the probationary period, conduct a review of CARNIVAL internal environmental audits with respect to Covered Vessels and Covered Personnel, as well as the trends analysis overseen prior to the end of year three (3) by the CCM. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The External Expert scope of service is to have a close collaboration with the Project Manager (PM), in designing and delivering the mentoring sessions regarding all the specifications as per program implementation. • Design and develop coaching and mentoring sessions one by one with all the target group of the project. • Prepare the final report on mentoring and coaching sessions developed. • Cooperate with the Adriapol Institute staff to ensure compliance with donor requirements on the project implementation. • Submit all service deliverables to the PM for approval as per contract agreements. • Ensure the final product addresses any requirements or comments set forth by the project team and project partners. All deliverables will be submitted in electronic format to the Project Coordinator who is the responsible person to review and request revisions to the draft deliverables and to approve the delivery of the output. The payment will be carried out in installments after the provision of the services and deliverables to the project coordinator.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The EUIPO and the IPO will perform their tasks and have specific obligations and responsibilities as described in the decision of the Management Board defining the European Cooperation Projects (MBBC-19-20 of 20 November 2019). Upon request of the IPO, the EUIPO may facilitate the IPO’s access to software development resources for the fulfilment of tasks foreseen in those projects as part of ECP5. In such a case, such facility will be funded as a part of the implementation effort of the IPO and, where necessary, deducted from the committed funding of the specific project. In case of deployment, the responsibility of the outcomes lies within the IPO.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Employee’s initial tasks and responsibilities are set forth in Annex 1 attached hereto. The Employee’s tasks and responsibilities may, from time to time, in the sole discretion of the Company be expanded to include other assignments or responsibilities, or reduced by the Company, or otherwise changed by the Company, to support the Company’s overall business objectives, however they must remain consistent with an executive level position. The Employee agrees to perform his obligations in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Company, including, but not limited to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics as included in clause 15 below, and the instructions given by the Company. The Employee agrees to comply at all times with any and all laws that may be either applicable to his employment or applicable to acts performed hereunder on behalf of the Company.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. As the Regional Transportation Planning Agency for Calaveras County, the CCOG's primary tasks and responsibilities include:
1. General oversight, administration and/or coordination of various Federal and State transportation funding programs and grants.
a. Secure State and Federal funds for the region and ensure projects are consistent with the Regional Transportation Plan.
b. Plan, program and monitor Calaveras County projects in the RTIP and State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), which includes project delivery, timely use of funds and compliance with State law and California Transportation Commission (CTC) guidelines.
c. Manage non-Member Agency contributions to transportation planning projects.
d. Prepare, update and distribute policies and procedures for administration of planning and programming functions and other provisions related to Federal, State and local funding requirements.
