Obligations and Activities of Business Associate Business Associate agrees to:

Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. Conflict of Interest Contractor Personnel 2.5.1 The A-E shall exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent any actions or conditions that could result in a conflict with the best interests of the COUNTY. This obligation shall apply to the A-E; the A-E’s employees, agents, and relatives; sub-tier contractors; and third parties associated with accomplishing work and PROJECTS/SERVICES hereunder.
Procurement from UN Agencies Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Agency in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.
Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. Security Violations and Accounts Updates Grantee will adhere to the Confidentiality Article requirements and HHS Data Usage Agreement of this contract and immediately contact System Agency if a security violation is detected, or if Grantee has any reason to suspect that the security or integrity of the CMBHS data has been or may be compromised in any way.
