Tax Additional Amounts. The Company shall pay any amounts due with respect to the payments on the Notes without deduction or withholding for any and all present and future withholding taxes, levies, imposts and charges (each, a “Withholding Tax”) imposed by or for the account of the Cayman Islands or any other jurisdiction in which the Company is resident for tax purposes or any political subdivision or taxing authority of such jurisdiction (the “Taxing Jurisdiction”), unless such withholding or deduction is required by law.
