The Trustee may deduct from any amount to be paid to a person who is, or has been, a Unit Holder, or received from a person who is, or has been, a Unit Holder: (a) any amount of Tax (or an estimate of Tax) other than an amount of, or in respect of, Tax or an estimate of Tax that has already been deducted under clause 12.7; or (b) any other amount owed by the Unit Holder to the Trustee or any other person, which the Trustee:
