Tax Benefits Subsequently Denied. If any Tax Benefit realized pursuant to Section 4.2(b)(i) is subsequently denied, then IMS HEALTH or the Corporation, as the case may be, shall refund the amount of any payment for such Tax Benefit within 30 days of its notification by the other Party that a Final Determination has been reached denying the claimed Tax Benefit.
