Tax Consolidated Group. No Australian Loan Party is a member of a Tax Consolidated Group unless (i) a TSA and a TFA are in full force and effect; and (ii) each member of the Tax Consolidated Group to which the Australian Loan Party is a member is party to the TSA and TFA.
