Common use of Tax Equity Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Tax Equity Transaction Documents. Any Relevant Party shall (i) fail to observe or perform any of its material obligations or breach any representation, warranty, term or condition of the Material Project Documents applicable to it or (ii) fail to observe or perform any of its obligations or otherwise breach any representation, warranty, term or condition of the Other Project Documents applicable to it the effect of which failure or breach could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, in each case, which failure or breach has not been cured (to the extent such breach can be cured and the Relevant Party is diligently pursuing such cure) within thirty (30) days from the earlier of the date of receipt by such Relevant Party of written notice from the Administrative Agent of such failure, or Knowledge thereof.
