Tax Exempt Licensee Sample Clauses

Tax Exempt Licensee. If Licensee is tax exempt, Licensee will not be responsible for, nor will it be invoiced for any tax, provided Licensor receives a copy of Licensee’s tax exempt certificate prior to the issuance of the applicable invoice.
