Tax Exempt Status Letter. 9.20.4.8.1 Written documentation that is obtained from the Internal Revenue Service as evidence of Subrecipient's tax exempt status. When Subrecipient is a non-profit entity, such evidence must reflect Subrecipient's tax exempt status. In the event Subrecipient's tax exempt status changes, Subrecipient shall provide County a copy of its new status within five (5) days of any change in its tax exempt status.
