Common use of Tax Impacts Clause in Contracts

Tax Impacts. All adjustments to Adjusted Cash Flow for the items listed in Sections 2.4.1 to 2.4.5 in any fiscal year shall be net of the discrete cash income tax impacts of the adjustments as certified by the Audit Committee based on the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer.
