Common use of Tax Information Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Tax Information Disclosure. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein shall require any Person to disclose any information regarding its tax affairs or computations to the Guarantor other than as shall be necessary to permit the Guarantor to determine whether any Guarantee Additional Amounts would be required to be paid pursuant to the provisions of this Section; provided, however, that no Person shall be obligated to disclose any of its tax returns to the Guarantor or any agent of the Guarantor.
