Tax Liability and Full Payment to Versata. Each Party shall bear its own tax liability with respect to this Agreement and the associated rights and obligations hereto. The Parties agree to cooperate and to complete and provide tax forms and other documents or information reasonably required by applicable tax authorities, in a timely manner upon being supplied such documents or requested for such information by the other Party.
