Common use of Tax Matters; Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Tax Matters; Expense Reimbursement. Payments to Employee of all compensation contemplated under this Agreement shall be subject to all applicable legal requirements with respect to the withholding of taxes. Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement by Company for all direct out-of-pocket expenditures made by him or her on Company's behalf in the performance of his or her services under this Agreement, subject to any reasonable record keeping, reporting and other requirements imposed from time to time by Company.
