Common use of Tax on Excess Parachute Payments Clause in Contracts

Tax on Excess Parachute Payments. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Executive shall be responsible for payment of any and all taxes imposed with respect to any and all payments and other benefits the Executive receives under this Agreement, including but not limited to any excise tax imposed by Section 4999 of the Code.
