Common use of Tax Payments Made by the Distributing Group Clause in Contracts

Tax Payments Made by the Distributing Group. If any member of the Distributing Group is required to make a payment to a Tax Authority for Taxes allocated to Controlled under this Agreement, Controlled shall pay the amount of Taxes allocated to it to Distributing not later than the later of (i) five business days after receiving notification requesting such amount, and (ii) one business day prior to the date such payment is required to be made to such Tax Authority.
