Tax Payments Made by the Noble Group. If any member of the Noble Group remits a payment to a Tax Authority for Taxes for which Paragon is wholly or partially liable under this Agreement, Paragon shall remit the amount for which it is liable to Noble within 30 Business Days after receiving written notification requesting such amount.
