TAX PREPARATION AND CONSULTATION COMPONENT. The Member will be entitled to receive a 30- minute income tax planning related consultation per year on each separate tax issue he/she encounters. After the 30- minute free consultation the Member can purchase the services of the CPA for preparation of all personal income tax documents at a preferred rate reduction of 25% from the CPA’s normal fee.
