Common use of Tax Refund or Tax Benefit Received by Splitco Group Clause in Contracts

Tax Refund or Tax Benefit Received by Splitco Group. If a member of the Splitco Group receives a Tax Refund with respect to Taxes for which Distributing is liable hereunder or uses a Tax Benefit for which Distributing is entitled to reimbursement pursuant to clause (iii) of Section 2.1(b), Splitco shall pay to Distributing, within five business days following the receipt of the Tax Refund or the use of such Tax Benefit, an amount equal to such Tax Refund or Tax Benefit.

If a member of the Splitco Group receives a Tax Refund with respect to Taxes for which Distributing is liable hereunder or uses realizes a Tax Benefit for which Distributing is entitled to reimbursement pursuant to clause (iii) of Section 2.1(b), Splitco shall pay to Distributing, within five (5) business days following the receipt of the Tax Refund or the use realization of such Tax Benefit, an amount equal to such Tax Refund or Tax Benefit.

Tax Refund or Tax Benefit Received by Splitco Group. If a member of the Splitco Group receives a Tax Refund with respect to Taxes for which Distributing is liable hereunder or uses a Tax Benefit for which Distributing is entitled to reimbursement pursuant to clause (iii) of Section 2.1(b2.01(b), Splitco shall pay to Distributing, within five ten business days following the receipt of the Tax Refund or the use of such Tax Benefit, an amount equal to such Tax Refund or Tax Benefit.
