Tax Reporting Person. For purposes of complying with Internal Revenue Code § 6045(e), as amended effective January 1, 1991, Escrow Holder is hereby designated as the “person responsible for closing the transaction,” and also as the “reporting person” for purposes of filing any information returns with the Internal Revenue Service concerning this transaction, as required by law.
