Common use of Tax Representation Clause in Contracts

Tax Representation. You represent to the Firm that, for so long as you have an Account with the Firm or any affiliate, you have filed and will continue to file truthfully all necessary tax returns, forms and disclosures with respect to all of your transactions and Accounts at the Firm or its affiliates with each taxation authority having jurisdiction over your tax affairs by reason of your citizenship, residence or domicile. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying any taxes owing to any taxation authority in relation to such Accounts.

Tax Representation.
