Common use of Tax Return Defined Clause in Contracts

Tax Return Defined. As used herein, "Tax Return" includes any return, declaration, report, claim for refund or credit, information return or statement, and any amendment to any of the foregoing, including any consolidated, combined or unitary return or other document (including any related or supporting information or schedule), filed or required to be filed with any federal, state, local or foreign governmental entity or agency in connection with the determination, assessment, collection or payment of Taxes or the administration of any laws, regulations or administrative requirements relating to Taxes or ERISA.
