Tax Returns and Reports. CMS will prepare, file with the Internal Revenue Service and any other federal, state or local governmental agency which may require such filing, and, if required, mail to shareholders such returns for reporting dividends and distributions paid by the Funds as are required to be so prepared, filed and mailed by applicable laws, rules and regulations, and CMS will withhold such sums as are required to be withheld under applicable Federal and state income tax laws, rules and regulations.
