Tax Returns; Information. The Company shall arrange for the preparation of all income and other tax returns of the Company and shall cause the same to be filed in a timely manner. The Company shall furnish to each Member a copy of each such return, together with any schedules or other information each Member may require in connection with such Member’s own tax affairs.
