Tax Returns, Receipts. Borrower shall deliver to BACC copies of each of its future federal income tax returns, and any amendments thereto, within thirty (30) days of the filing thereof. Borrower further shall promptly deliver to BACC, upon request, satisfactory evidence of Borrower's payment of all withholding and other taxes required to be paid by it.
