Borrower shall deliver to Lender copies of each of its federal income tax returns (including all schedules thereto), and any amendments thereto, within thirty (30) days of the filing thereof. Borrower further shall promptly deliver to Lender, upon request, satisfactory evidence of Borrower's payment of all withholding and other taxes required to be paid by Borrower.
