Tax Returns, Receipts. Borrower shall deliver to Fremont copies of each of Borrower's federal income tax returns, and any amendments thereto, within thirty (30) days after the filing thereof with the Internal Revenue Service. Furthermore, Borrower shall deliver to Fremont, promptly upon request by Fremont, satisfactory evidence of Borrower's payment of all federal withholding taxes required to be paid by Borrower.
