Tax Servicing Contracts. Provision reasonably satisfactory to the Obligee shall have been made for delivery to it of all reports and information delivered to the holders of the Foothill Debt pursuant to any Tax Servicing Contracts existing in favor of such holders in respect of Real Property located in Florida and Tennessee.
