Common use of Tax Sharing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Tax Sharing Agreement. None of the provisions of this Article VII are intended to supersede any provision in the Tax Sharing Agreement with respect to matters related to Taxes. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Tax Sharing Agreement, the Tax Sharing Agreement shall control with respect to matters related to Taxes.

Tax Sharing Agreement. None of the provisions of this Article VII are intended to supersede supercede any provision in the Tax Sharing Agreement with respect to matters related to Taxes. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Tax Sharing Agreement, the Tax Sharing Agreement shall control with respect to matters related to Taxes.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Tax Sharing Agreement or the Merger Agreement, the Tax Sharing Agreement or the Merger Agreement, as the case may be, shall control with respect to matters related to Taxes.
