Common use of Tax Treatment and Payment Clause in Contracts

Tax Treatment and Payment. The Parties agree that Plaintiff and the Participating Class Members who receive any payment pursuant to this Settlement shall be solely responsible for any and all individual tax obligations associated with this Settlement and shall hold Defendant harmless from any and all liability with regard thereto.
