Plaintiff acknowledges that Releasees have no responsibility for any taxes due on the Settlement Fund, on earnings on the Settlement Fund, or any amounts that Plaintiff receives from the Settlement Fund. Nothing herein shall constitute an admission or representation that any such taxes will or will not be due.
