Taxes and Indemnities. 8.1 You must pay or reimburse us on demand for any duties, taxes and other government charges payable on our purchase of the Goods, any Rental Agreement or any payment, receipt or other transaction arising out of our purchase or rental of the Goods, including any increase in such government charges. We may adjust the Rental Payments to take account of any changes in such government charges, or the introduction of new government charges.
