Common use of Taxes and Interest Clause in Contracts

Taxes and Interest. Except as expressly provided herein, all interest earned on the Settlement Amount and the Administration Expenses & Litigation Disbursement Amount shall accrue to the benefit of the Settlement Class and shall become and remain part of the amount held in escrow pursuant to this Agreement (together with the Settlement Amount and the Administration Expenses & Litigation Disbursements Amount, the “Escrow Amount”).
