Taxes and other Amounts. To the extent provided for in any Contract in the Contract Pool, the Servicer will make reasonable efforts consistent with the Servicing Standard to collect (or cause to be collected) all payments with respect to amounts due for taxes, assessments and insurance premiums relating to such Contract or the related Equipment and remit such amounts to the appropriate Governmental Authority or insurer on or prior to the date such payments are due.
