Common use of Taxes and other Amounts Clause in Contracts

Taxes and other Amounts. To the extent the Borrower is required under the Underlying Instruments to perform such duties, the Collateral Manager will collect all payments with respect to amounts due for Taxes, assessments and insurance premiums relating to each Loan to the extent required to be paid to the Borrower for such application under the Underlying Instrument, directing all such payments to be paid to the Collection Account, and direct the Collateral Agent to remit such amounts to the appropriate Governmental Authority or insurer as required by the Underlying Instruments.
