Taxes and Other Costs. WCC shall be responsible for and shall pay all Taxes and other similar costs, fees, charges and expenses that may be imposed with respect to the Feedstock or the transactions hereunder arising prior to or at the Delivery Point. If Fulcrum is obligated directly to pay any of such amounts, WCC shall promptly reimburse Fulcrum therefor.
