TAXES AND PRICE. 16.1 The price stated in the quotation does not include applicable sales, excise, use, or other taxes in effect or later levied. Customer shall provide Philips with an appropriate exemption certificate reasonably in advance of the effective date, otherwise, Philips shall invoice Customer for those taxes and Customer shall pay those taxes in accordance with the terms of the invoice.
