Taxes, Assessments, Charges, and Other Impositions. The Pledgors shall pay and discharge promptly, on or before the due date thereof, all taxes, assessments, charges, and other impositions imposed by any governmental authority on the Pledgors, or on the Pledged Collateral, including any thereof relating to the creation, ownership or use of the Pledged Collateral, or relating to any security interest in or lien on any Pledged Collateral, or relating to any sale, assignment, transfer or other disposition of the Pledged Collateral.
