TAXES, DUTIES AND EXCHANGE CONTROL. a. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all exchange control regulations and other applicable laws and regulations if they apply to any use of a Card or Account or any transactions between us and You under this Agreement. b. You must pay any government tax, duty or other amount imposed by applicable law in respect of any Charge or use of any Card or Account.
