Taxes; Duty. All taxes, duties and other amounts assessed on the Raw Materials, API, Product or Packaged Product prior to or upon sale to Client are the responsibility of Client, and Client shall reimburse Catalent for any such taxes, duties or other expenses paid by Catalent.
