Such amounts shall be in addition to payment for the Service or Device that shall be billed to you. Whereby you are exempted from payment of such taxes, you will provide us with an original government-issued certificate attesting to tax-exempt status. Tax exemption will only apply from and after the date VoIP Office receives such certificate.
