Taxes, Fees and Other Assessments. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the authority of the City to impose a tax, fee, or other assessment of any kind on any person, entity or individual. The Franchisee shall pay all fees necessary to obtain and maintain all applicable federal, state, and local licenses, permits, and authorizations required for the construction, installation, upgrading, maintenance, or operation of its Solid Waste Collection Service.
