Taxes; Governmental Charges. Borrower has filed or caused to be filed all tax returns and reports required to be filed with any Governmental Authority and Borrower has paid all due and payable taxes, assessments, fees, and other governmental charges levied upon it or upon any of its Properties or income, including interest and penalties, required to be paid to any Governmental Authority. Borrower has made all required withholding deposits.
