Taxes on Payments. (a) It is not required under the law of its jurisdiction of incorporation to make any Tax Deduction for or on account of Tax from any payment it may make under a Finance Document. (b) No claims are being, nor, as far as it is aware, might reasonably be expected to be, asserted against it with respect to Taxes.
