Common use of Taxes/Other Clause in Contracts

Taxes/Other. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent and within thirty (30) days of Landlord’s demand therefor, and in such manner and at such times as Landlord shall direct from time to time by written notice to Tenant all Taxes – Other. 4.2.1 Landlord represents and warrants that, to the best of Landlord’s Actual Knowledge, (a) no Taxes-Other are due or payable with regard to this Lease as of the Effective Date of this Lease; and (b) no Taxes-Other will be due or payable with regard to this Lease with regard to the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.
