Common use of Taxes Payable by the Company Clause in Contracts

Taxes Payable by the Company. Any and all taxes, including any interest and penalties with respect thereto, which may be levied or assessed under present or future laws or in respect of the Custody Account or any income thereof shall be charged to the Custody Account by Custodian and paid in the same manner as the annual fee and other charges referred to in Article XII above.
