Common use of Taxesand Duties Clause in Contracts

Taxesand Duties. 32.1.Supplier shall be entirely responsible for all taxes, duties, licensefees, etc., incurred untildelivery of the contracted Goods & Services to the Procuring Agency. In case of imposition of new taxes/duties or concession thereof after the deadlines for the submission of bids the effect thereof shall be borne or availed by the procuring agency as the case may be.
