Common use of Taxpayer Identification Clause in Contracts

Taxpayer Identification. Check the appropriate Tax Identification Number (TIN) type. Enter your EIN/SSN in the space provided. If you are a resident alien and you do not have and /or are not eligible to get an SSN, your TIN is your IRS individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN).
