Common use of Taxpayer Identification Clause in Contracts

Taxpayer Identification. Consultant shall provide County with an Internal Revenue Form W- 9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification that is completed in compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, its rules and regulations, and a statement of entity status in a form satisfactory to the County Auditor before any funds are payable under this Agreement.
