Common use of TCI Books and Records Clause in Contracts

TCI Books and Records. All engineering records, files, data, drawings, blueprints, schematics, reports, lists, plans and processes and all other files of correspondence, lists, records and reports concerning TCI's Cable Business, including subscribers and prospective subscribers of the TCI Systems, signal and program carriage and dealings with Governmental Authorities, including all reports filed by or on behalf of TCI with the FCC and statements of account filed by or on behalf of TCI with the U.S. Copyright Office, but excluding any TCI Excluded Assets.
